Payment & Refund Policy
This Payment & Refund Policy governs payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by WRKMEN Digital.
- Payment Terms
- All payment amounts and schedules (deposits, milestone payments, final payment) will be defined in your Proposal.
- Work will begin only after the required deposit is received.
- Milestone work will only continue once previous payments are cleared.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, UPI, and international payment methods for non-India clients (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
You may receive a full refund only if the project is canceled before any work has begun.
Partial Refund / Deposit Retention
Deposits become non-refundable once work begins, including:
- Research
- Wireframing/UI design
- Branding or concept creation
- Website setup or plugin purchases
No Refund
No refund is available when:
- Work has been completed
- Designs or assets have already been delivered
- Hosting, domain, or third-party services were purchased for you
Third-Party Costs
Fees for:
- Domain names
- Hosting plans
- Plugins
- Licenses
- Third-party themes
are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refund requests:
- Must be sent through email
- Will be reviewed within 7–14 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method
- Revision & Rework Policy
- Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as per your Proposal.
- Changes outside this scope or excessive revisions will require additional fees.
- Major additions or scope changes will be treated as a new project.
- Exceptions
WRKMEN Digital reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on:
- Work completed
- Resources used
- Project status
- Time invested
